I would like to thank you for the fine service your company extended to us recently with our air conditioner. If you recall, you had to send several of your servicemen out because my problem went beyond a new unit. Along with repairing/replacing in my home to fixing problems without charging me, they were courteous and willing to explain their procedures to me in detail.
Our first true electric bill, as you promised, was significantly less than could have been with the old air conditioning unit.
