Struggling to fill your calendar with activities to do this October? Then here is a list that you might find useful:

  • 7D Theater Zombie Ride: for the entire month of October you can enjoy the 7D Theater Zombie Ride. The ride is set in an abandoned building that is filled with artificial ghosts and zombies created to frighten you. However, the ride is not recommended for kids under the age of 13. The address is Miami Children’s Museum, 980 MacArthur Causeway, Miami.
  • Coconut Grove Pumpkin Patch Festival: running October 21st to 23rd the festival features a number of highlights. This includes the pumpkin food court, kids cornstalk, hay bale maze, dress-your-own-scarecrow village, and in excess of 5,000 pumpkins. Admission is $15 and the event is suitable for ages 2+. The address for this event is Regatta Park, 2699 SW 27th Ave., Coconut Grove.
  • Spooky Zoo Nights: Oct. 28-29, 31, for $14.95 per person you can go to Dr. Wilde’s Creepy House for a scary and creepy themed adventure. At the location, you’ll find critters and candy stations at the Children’s Zoo, a carousel ride that’s ghoulish, and a tram that has a zombie theme. The address of this attraction is Zoo Miami, 1 Zoo Blvd., 12400 SW 152nd St.
