The tree is lit for the first time on November 12, but if you miss it the first night, you are in luck. The tree is re-lit each night from 6 pm to 11 pm until New Year’s Eve!

For about two weeks each December, the water taxi in Fort Lauderdale offers rides at night for riders to see beautiful Christmas lights.

These cruises pick you up at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina and take you through the intercoastal waterway for the tour.

The Holiday Fantasy of Lights is a fun activity for families in the greater Fort Lauderdale area.

Beginning on November 21, 2018, the Fantasy of Lights begins its light show from 6 PM to 10 PM each night. The light show takes place in Tradewinds Park in nearby Coconut Creek and the costs are $17 per car and $40 per bus.

The Downtown Countdown Fireworks Show takes place in downtown Fort Lauderdale on New Year’s Eve.
