Before I get stampeded by the daily busy-ness, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the professional way in which your company handled every stage of replacing our air condition unit. Two aspects were especially critical:
1. Although I had received a number of bids on the same Lennox unit, you were the only person to explain—and recommend—a vertical installation rather than merely following the former design. I can see now how right you were from an engineering standpoint, and also saw firsthand how much MORE work it was to install it properly.
2. The replacement ducts for the under-cooled family room are a blessing—it hardly seems like the same room. If only I’d hired you back then!
A number of small adjustments also contributed to the first-rate job: the enlarged air return with electrostatic filter, the new white vents, the upgraded thermostat. In each case, as a problem surfaced, the response was, “We’ll take care of it, no problem—no extra cost.” Being on hand, I could see that in every case it was an additional expense of time or money, yet it was completed cheerfully and willingly.
