As we are completing our first month of 2015 we want to take some time to look back at 2014 and show a few reviews that we received from customers. For the New Year we intend on maintaining and even improving our customer service, and with the feedback given by our customers we can surely accomplish this.  “My mother had recent hip replacement surgery among a few other problems related to an accident. When our air conditioner was no longer cooling our mobile, we had just arrived home from an extensive amount of time 300 miles away. Strange town, rehabilitation, a bad situation. She was full of anxiety/confusion. Called in another comp who filled up Freon and stop leak. Lasted one day. I researched, found All Year who sent someone next day, gave an estimate and put in our new unit same day! They are saints! Love the unit! Love the service the team that came out gave us!”

“First class customer service- our AC broke down of course on a humid hot afternoon (it’s always either that or on the weekend that they decide to croke) and a tech was sent out ASAP to check it out. Turned out a part needed to be replaced so the company sent out a separate employee to deliver it. They bent over backwards to get it fixed. Workers were super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them for your any/all of your AC needs.”

“A friend recommended us to use All Year Cooling.  We dealt with them remotely from California, and could not have asked for a smoother installation.

We called them late on Monday.  A technician came out to determine why the AC was not working (2nd opinion) on Tuesday.  He called me and gave us a written quote for a repair as well as a verbal quote for a new AC unit.  I spoke with Tommy and he explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation (which was not the most expensive option).  I called the first company to see how much they would charge for the same new unit and their price was $1000 more and also realized that they were talking about a 13 seer unit vs. Tommy’s was 16 seer (same manufacturer, same size).  Tommy emailed me a written quote for the new unit.  Then, Kevin, the GM called me to let me know about another brand that was a little bit higher quality and better warranty, that had a promo going for the same price as the first one.  There was an FPL rebate going on, which they completed for us – we did not have to do anything and we just paid All Year Cooling the net balance.

By the time my husband and I made the decision, it was around 8pm in FL but both Kevin and Tommy had given us their cell number to call whatever time we needed to.  I called Kevin and he assured me that the AC will get installed on Wednesday afternoon.  Wednesday, it was installed and Kevin called me on Thursday to follow up.
